Speaking from recent personal experience, selling privately is a ball-ache and not something I'd be willing to do again in a hurry. Selling to a trader/dealer is easier, but as Peter says, the money you'll get will be a lot less... I also found it quite tricky to price mine at the right point...

You were exactly who I had in mind when I said some people just don't gel with them! It is a massive thing to do a car because of the change in sound it obviously makes. And if you don't like it, it has the potential to ruin the whole experience. It's a pity you feel so strongly about yours...
