Anyone know where or if you can get throttle bodies for a clio 200! If so where from and for how much all together? Greatly appreciated

I've thought of buyin the milltek exhaust system! But I'm jus wondering would I be safer buying the sports cat or the decat pipe that milltek have for this system? What would give more power gains? What bout noise level between the sports cat and decat pipe?

I put in kw coilovers v1 before Christmas, but this might not be down to them! But I get a very loud knocking noise when I drive forwards and backwards, it only happens the very odd time over ramps! Does anyone have an idea what this might be??

My rear shock mounts are rattling about and they are doin my head in! Has anybody got these mounts or know where I can get them from?? There is two on each shock, one on the shock under the chassis and one on top of the chassis! I rang my local dealer they told me you can't buy them seperate...

Standard wheels lowered, I can only get my hands on 20mm wheel spacers are these enough to fill out the arches??

I'm looking to get a new set of alloys for the 200 firstly what size I was looking at 8 by 17 or there's 9 by 17? What size and what size are the standard alloys on it is it 7.5 by 17 but spacers for the 8 by 17 what size of spacers would fit he's for them and lastly what size of tyre for these...

Is there much difference with an itg induction kit?? Would it not make performance worse as there isn't as much cold air feed? And wat sort of price would you pay for 25mm spacers and wheel studs and where would you get them from??

I jus lowered my 20 on kw coilovers now i think it needs wheel spacers, i no the handling is not as good but i would do reglar track days in they would be coming out, but for the look what size would be the dest for front and back anyone have any thoughts, plus its on standard wheels!!
