I'd go with dephaser pully as well. Fred @ btm advised changing the oil every 6k to avoid the problem.

I got my mate to do it on his ramps, took him 1 minute to get the mount off (2 bolts iirc) and then about 30 to put the vibra technics mount on (aka ktec). He couldn't get the rear bolt to align properly with the thread, and ended up putting a nut on it, which I'm slightly sceptical about, but...

Have you changed any of the engine mounts yet mate? If not, then woody's diagnosis is probably right. Seems to be a weak point at this sort of age, due to excessive movement of the engine on and off throttle. Mine is on 56k, but has a yozzasport with a decat, which may help because its lighter...

Mine is coming up to 5 years old and is better now than when I bought it. Admittedly i've spent several thousand maintaining and upgrading but as long as you service the car and warm the car up before giving it hell you'll be fine

My albi was on the street sleeper stand. Didn't really see many on display at all. The streamline carbon 200 was there in all its glory. Saw a clean albi cup on another stand, but that was it.

If you fancy paying close to a grand to have it done then cool. They sell the belts as a kit, but you need the tools to do it as well. I'm sure someone will be along soon to give you the full lowdown, but most people usually go to a specialist to have it done, if you get it wrong it can...

Mark Fish come highly recommended by a lot of people over on cliosport. I'd go there if thats not too far.
