A stock 197 has no splitter/lip and if the one that's on yours doesn't look like the one in the link it's not an original one.

I'm not sure if all of them have it. From what I know that's a feature only available for the Mk4 Phase 2 but I'm not even sure here. I personally only know it from the Megane 4.

The Mk4's have a "soundpipe" that's transporting induction noise into the cabin. Many people take it out and plug it.
