Are these seals knackered?

Stripping down my front Brakes. Whoever fitted the last set of pads obviously ran out of copper grease or red rubber grease and packed the inside of the callipers with regular grease, I mean absolutely tons of it. Anyway seals on the pistons have an off ripple pattern...



Is this normal or has the grease attacked the rubber?

they have gone soft due to the grease...not split so still doing their job and as long as the pistons are free i wouldnt bother!

When they get this bad then its the to change

I ended up just buying two new brembos.

Those calipers are bad but those discs look like they've been submerged in sea water for years.

Car was bought from Stornaway , New pads, Discs & Calipers all bought

Well turns out a couple were split. Ordered a new seal kit from BiggRed. Got all pistons out with compressed air except one which wouldn’t budge for some reason, mole grips got it out but wrecked it in the process.
