Progress of my LY 200 (NEW Additions 10/04)

Had the exhaust fitted for a few months now and over 1k miles so its well run in. I absolutley love the sound of it especially when coming off the gas at full pelt, and letting it rev down. Does get a bit intrusive when on the motorway, although I have found that sitting at 90 in 6th aint so bad though It isnt my daily, so it only adds to the occasion when out hammering it at the weekend.

The system consists of a non-resonated centre pipe (no silencer) and the 'racing' backbox. The two back silencers aint as small as the group n ones, there more on par with the ktr back box silencers.

It was quite pricey but supersprint seem to get a good name and when I got it put on the car, the guy said it was one of the best systems he had seen ie welds and fitment.
It does feel a bit more urgent but me thinks this could all be in the mind.

Next on the immediate list are projector headlights and to upgrade the sound system, as the standard system is fairly pants imo.

Replace it with a supersprint

Seriously nice sound, could never do it myself as I'd be driving everywhere with it over 5k rpm

I saw nothing wrong with the launch, mine always go like that..........

Cheers bud, remove the centre silencer with a straight through pipe, theres a recent vid of it being done on a standard system, sounds good.
