Shame to take the NA away Tom but had my reasons. Mainly for more straight line oomph out on track.

Secondly, my car was 2006 on 97k and to my knowledge original gearbox. Belts were due next year as well so made sense financially to meg it. (Man maths):wink:

There'll be no NA clios and no R26 Megane anywhere:grinning:

Friday update:

Meg Conversion's been put back another week:pensive:
Collection date now set at Saturday 14th October (who knows though)!

I have added a couple of small bits to the build. Megane Block is being sprayed black. New MOT before being totally decatted:wink:. Refurbished alternator(has a small whine so no brainier really). Doubt these have added much to the build time. :think:
Anyhow... cars going to be unbelievable when finished I'm absolutely certain of that.
Will hopefully still have plenty of time for a mapping session before Bedford trackday 4th Nov.

a little delay Ben..something you kind of knew,right?these conversions do take their time..what ever the reason ...
you will be reunited with your baby and all will be forgiven :thumb:

I'm saying nothing :-( I've had the odd 'project' overun. By the odd month or three. These 'Specialists' are a funny sort as i said before on this very thread when timescale's were mentioned.....and what can you do ?????

Not that it helps you at all bud ! Can only keep our fingers crossed.....

Sorry to hear about the delay Ben, must be frustrating :worried: As above though, par for the course I guess. I'm certain the delays will be worth it in the end - time does fly, before you know it you'll be handing over all your hard-earned :wink:
