You're patience is appreciated :o)

Well, Im only trying to help and I can understand that its frustrating but its pointless posting up whining when I am trying to help and have given people things to try, just relax everyone.

If you only have access from a mobile phone then email me the results at (email address removed) I just assumed people had access to a computer at work/college.

Foxspeed, if it works with a proxy then its a good chance its your ISP that are being slow to update.

People who are affected with this problem, who are your ISP?

And when you turned your routers of did you turn them straight back on again, if so try leaving them off for 15 minutes so that your internet session is cleared.

i take your point.....but your posting up on a site that those having the problems cannot access.....

i re-set my router and to be honest it caused loads of problems....bt have done well out of the calls to the technical helpline :thumb1:

Matt was only trying to help. There were people who were posting in the thread saying they couldn't get on via other routes but were on at the time using a phone or another device etc.

I am with talk talk. I tried unplugging the router but plugged it back in again after a few seconds. I'll try leaving the power off for a bit longer when I get home and see if that works.

Am with talktalk aswell and everything I have tried hasn't worked. Thanks to the guys trying to help.

This should work , it doesnt require the DNS as it uses the exact IP of the hosting server followed by the sub domain.

*** For those that can access the site via the above method but get an error message when logging in try and use the back button after receiving the error. Then try login again. I had this problem this morning but this resolved it.
The login error may not be related to the other problem where people could not access the entire site, this looks like the site is either not addressing the user db correctly or is slow at distributing the cookie session. Either way , it worked with a little persuasion.

I cannot create the error message when logging directly into my message account, try this and then navigate back to the site ,if still having problems.

Failing this.........Im out.
