Larkspeed doesn't have them, only the 30/40 version.

I've never heard of H&R doing 40/40 springs if I'm honest.

I only know of 30/40

I brought my 40/40 direct from h&r through a local garage after ktec stop selling them a few years ago.

Is there an actual handling Improvement by fitting these on 200 Cup suspension?

Is is the ride stiffer or softer?

I emailed ktec last month when I was looking into theyre 30mm springs and asked for the item number to compare it to the larkspeed 30 40 kit. They replied that to their knowledge h&r only make one kit for the 197 and the 30mm kit is for the 200. Mine arrived from larkspeed with a euro car parts sticker on the box?

Good question. Been trying to establish this for the Cooksport springs too as the spring rates differ between the 197 / 200 non sup / 200 cup and more interested in reducing lean a little on track over the cup springs whilst still having a drive able road car, without the need for expensive adjustable coilovers which I wouldn't know how to set up anyhow!
