Can someone point me in the correct direction for Offsets & ET's

Whats the ET & Offset for the following Standard 17" Wheels
Clio 200 Cup
Clio 197 F1
Clio Cup Speedlines

If I was to go 18" Wheels - What would be the ET and off set I would need for these to fit ?

I’m sure a thread exists somewhere however in brief summary!

clio 197 & 200 alloys (cup & speedlines) are ET68 and our 7.5j wide
The cup racer speedlines are also ET68 but are 8j wide!

personally I’d stick with 17”
You can go to around ET40 I think but 45 is the best option! Also depends on tyres as 225/45 tends to rub if your low

All those wheels you mentioned are 17x7.5J ET68.

Many people run Oz 17x8 ET52, Autec Wizards 17x7.5 ET45, or run 20-25mm spacers on 1 of the wheels you said (making them 17x7.5 ET48 with 20mm spacers or 17x7.5 ET43 with 25mm).

I run 21mm spacers all round on Speedlines (making them 17x7.5 ET47) with 225/45/17 tyres and I get no rubbing (running stock camber, just on Eibach springs, so they will camber naturally a little bit), I wouldn't want to run more spacing on front, but I could go 4-5mm more on rear.

So if you use willtheyfit.com and put in the new wheels your thinking of and something like 17x7.5 ET45 as a reference, you can see how much more poke or tuck you'll get.

You could fit either of tthose quite easily on 215/45/17, might be some rubbing on the ET40 if you run 225/45/17

Agreed, I wouldn't want to run any lower than ET45 on the front but I always felt with my old Autecs, another 5mm (ET40) would be perfect.

So what you are saying is for the Bola B10 wheels I would want to be running

Size - 17x7.5
PCD - 5x108.0
Offset - ET45

Yeah ideally I would run them in ET45 rather than 40, as the front would poke out too much.
If you're running camber you could get away with with ET40 on front.

Spot on. Rear spacing can be adjusted at a later date with a 5mm spacer, if you feel it needs it.

From my own experience I'd say ET40 would be your absolute maximum. I'm running a 17x8 ET42 and it's mega close to the arches with 225/45/17 NS2R tyres. I'm only lowered about 15mm with no rubbing yet but it's been a bit too cold to make progress on semi slicks!

Your wheels actually poke out 4.3mm more than a 17x7.5 ET40.

What wheels are you running out of curiosity?

Et40 on an 8j is keen. I’d be very surprised if your bumper edge doesn’t get some scrubbing

I was thinking the same, on road it might be fine but on track that's gonna scrub loads especially on OEM dampers with aftermarket springs.

I ran spaced out silverstones for a long time, and it was fine on the road tbf.
After some track action it made some lovely little bumper bolt access holes

I run ET41 17x7J on mine with a 215 tyre. It's pretty level with the arches at the front. I would have thought that ET40 with a 7.5 or 8J rim would be pushing it a bit to be honest.

So I have managed to find out that I can get BOLA B10's in the following size.

Wheel - Bola B10
Size - 17x7.5
PCD - 5x108.0
Offset - ET45

Now looking at getting a set in Gloss Gunmetal

My next question is what about the centre bore for these, Would I need to run spigot rings ?

Also find a couple of pictures , @IainMac can you help with these and fitment even tho looking closely the centres of both the gold and black wheel are of a different design.

The second ones aren’t Bola’s - they’re also 18’s
You will likely be supplied the correct spigots as they’ll ask what car you have (they’re 60.1mm)
