I love doing a big bit of gammon for Xmas, slow cook it in cider for about 12 hours. It then makes amazing ham for your sandwiches :smile:

Had KFC Wicked Zinger Meal tonight, after coming back from the MPH show at the NEC.
 
Tonight I am stopping at my mums near Halifax.

She made a large yorshire pudding with veg, gravy, roast potatoes and chicken in the middle.
