Wax or Polish?

I've heard you should maybe only polish once or twice a year ... wax once a month?

What's your thoughts?

I polish mine once a year but every 6 months with a non abrasive polish ( auto glym resin polish ) won't harm your paintwork.

If you get a decent wax like a hard dodo juice then it'll last 3 months on a daily runner with regular washes and sealants. If used as a weekend toy like mine it requires waxing once a year if looked after ( not using in the rain etc ).

Wax-seals and protects

Pointless waxing unless your paint is properly clean as if it's not your just sealing in contaminants.
