Water going in the exhaust?

When washing the diffuser on the car is it bad if water goes in the exhaust pipes? I always do my best to avoid it but since changing my exhaust the pipes are a bit straighter and seems harder to avoid. Will it damage it?
Cheers

as long as you dont leave it in there for a week it will be fine. Just drive the car and the heat will get rid of it

As long as you don't stick the hose into the exhaust, it won't be a problem. The little amount of water that gets in the exhaust will evaporate during driving. Most of it will be caught in the backbox and will never get up to the cat.

So, don't be afraid to wash your car, just don't try to flush your exhaust!

best way is wash the car first, turn the engine on after and get leather or soft cloths to dry the car off when the engine running.

so don't have to drive down the roads to dry off & keep the car clean.

hope that help.
