Sorry to come in so late but dear me this is more unbelievable than the brazil hermans result. From experience I have had all sorts of fun with RUK. Persist and it will be sorted, really shouldn't be so difficult with them. My experience was seat wear and engine leaking on my 197, also had to have an engine rebuild on my 172 cup all of which was timely and painful to get sorted. Fingers crossed for you mate!!!

It seems they really know how to piss a customer off... I hope you don't need any dealings with Renault with your 200T apart from the routine services
