It's not even fraud, flashing your lights means "beware I'm approaching"

Even if the person has flashed you still have to be observant. No excuse from either side really.

Yes but they have been flashing and slowing right down and indicating to turn.

You pull out right at the last min and then bam they speed up and hit you.

My mate got this done at a junction, 2 witnesses 1 a driving instructor and 1 a fireman and yet it went 50/50!
