Still not found the cause yet. Have even replaced complete torque arm, incase the bush on the bulkhead side was the cause. Have ordered up offside driveshaft. Better be the problem, as not far off £1000 will have been spent !!!!
Wild shot at the dark... Is it only rpm related or does it do at a certain speed? Wheels bearings? My little clio had something similar n wheel bearings and the right suspension had went kaput.

Yep rpm related, below 3500 is ok and above about 6000 is ok. Without feeling sick, have to drive in lower gear with high revs. or higher gear with low revs. Happens when accelerating, throttle off is fine.
