Spotted a UR197 on the Portaferry Road N'Ards this morning. Followed behind me for a few miles before turning onto the Mountstewart Road. Had a private plate and projectors. I apologise if I held you up, just finished my 7th night shift and can barely even think to drive at the moment so was taking it steady.
