Therollcagepeople (Caged) rear cage

Evening, just bought a cage in the process of it getting re powder coated. Unwrapping it and the rear legs / feet must bolt by the rear seat front lip, but got a funny bit that slots into it and not sure what that’s for.

Yes that’s the cage the only good picture I could find of it. What are the back tunes parts for ?
