My daily watch:

I really want this tag, think I'll buy it for some special occasion. Maybe when I get a promotion or something!?

Quality watches. Been eyeing some of the range up from a distance for quite a while ! Very nice indeed Jon.

Festina make some really lovely stuff. Some of the Cycling event models they produce are fantastic. Didn't Diane buy you a rather nice Tissot last year ? You must have a bit of a collection buddy.....

My box-o-tricks is still growing. Mostly stuff that has caught my eye when on sale. Nothing hugely expensive here apart from one:

Latest edition a few weeks ago has a cool story though.....i had a few watches i was thinking of adding next, and realised one: by a Boutique brand called So&Co had 'New York' on the face. After Googling them - i found they were based in Brooklyn. I sent an email to find out they didn't sell direct or have any outlets - but distributed online. So i gave them an email saying i was on holiday in the area near Christmas, loved their stuff etc etc and was there any way i would possibly be able to collect from the factory while i was there.

Much to my surprise they agreed.

So off me and the wife toddled across Brooklyn Bridge:

Into Dumbo on the Brooklyn side (Where it started to snow):

Got the Subway, collected the watch and walked back across the Brooklyn Bridge in the the Snow showers which was pretty cool on our very first morning in NY......

Still got the plastic - and plenty of finger-marks on the back.....

The watch is nothing special and is only an £80 job, but the memories of collecting it are what will make it special.

It's not all about the price Shuv! Looks nice, happy memories too!
