Well weather was perfect so the disc's had too go on
But wasn't easy by any means. Know when start a job and think why did i bother lol
1st issue come too is the two screws that hold disc's too the hubs. Some spaz at garage who changed discs before had bright idea to waz them in with a air gun :whatever: so could we get them un done! no! Snapped two torque bits. So then had drive round to find some some T40 impact bits and a 3/8's to 1/2 adaptor to fit onto the impact driver. In end had blow torch on the screws and with aid impactor managed to rattle them loose enough to get out.
So clean up hub ready to put disc on. All going well until try put the screws into the bell to hold disc to the hub. Reyland hadnt countersunk the the holes enough so the screw sat proud of the bell. So then had run round then to try find a counter sink bit to drill it ourselves. After making two trips to same place because 1st time they had gave me the wrong size counter sink :whatever: we finally could drill them out.
anyway too cut story short the brakes are on and everything else went ok , spent probley 2-2 1/2 hours running round after bits and in end took 10-15s mins either side to fit the brakes.
My luck with car's. Always seem to have issues with one thing or another when play with cars. lol
Ive spoke to Angel, he's been great and he's going to phone reyland 2moz to give them kick up back side. anyone else's would be fine just cus it's me! ha
couple snaps, they do look awesome with the OZ alloys!
So that's 330mm 2 piece discs, DS2500 pads, HEL/ K-Tec brake lines and AP racing 5.1 dot fluid. Just gotta bed them in now
