Mansfield replaced mine. Point out the fact that the foam has collapsed under the material and caused the plastic frame to rub the material

nothing to loose at all,don't let them fob you off,they tried it on with me and i simply told them they didn't have a leg to stand on as i know for a fact they had replaced other owners seat base's
