Taking apart recaros

Has anyone ever took one apart before, I have taken them out of the car and want to remove the backs etc but don't want to break anything...

Litchy has removed the back covers. Might be worth a pm in his direction.

unfortunatly he has not as of yet... i can see me breaking a little plastic clip or something
