I'd like to think i'm a giver in life and here hopefully; and its hugely appreciated and really nice to know the support i clearly have.

To know the people you hang out with - have your back; is really something else.

Here's a quick phone snap - of some of my Motorcycling prints on my stairs / landing.

Years ago in the 2-stroke days i was a huge Mick Doohan fan, then a Carl Fogarty follower.....and as you know now; a real Valentino Rossi fan.







So what id like to do with the awesome Minichamps Helmet you guys all bought me

.......is get it mounted in a perspex case on a shelf - right here below my Valentino prints (Centre one is hand signed by Valentino and also from Grand Prix Legends the same as the helmet !)



Just to give you guys an idea of my appreciation and to show you my plans for it !!

Very nice mate. Great taste in riders and pics Helmet will look great. Hopefully the start of a large collection

Well; funeral is tomorrow. Not one of life's most pleasurable moments, but grin and bare it, life goes on etc

My Nan had requested "Family Flowers only" - so @Gordini has forwarded me the monies which i shall be passing over to Barnby Church whilst i'm there. Thankyou very much. A very small village Church - and i'm sure it will be most appreciated and well used.

As were the extremely kind 'pick-me-ups' from you guys to me.

I had a vision of how i wanted to display the fantabulous helmet, and ordered a Perspex display case, a floating shelf unit; and today made a small stainless steel stand so that the helmet sits up a bit and thus centrally in the display.

It will sit on full view from the landing and will be in your face every single time you come down the stairs. It will make me smile and be a great reminder and make me think of my Nan. And you chaps of course

Just need to screw it onto the wall in the morning now - as i'm only just in from work............
