sTu's R27 326 UPDATE 01/07/2010

thought i would start a progress thread since this summer is really the first time ive started to add bits to the car and with more planned thought i might aswell make a start.

this is the car on the day we collected it, standard R27 with optional folding door mirrors and extra tint on rear windows.

had a few different photoshoots just to admire the car the way it is.

then i started getting creative by spraying the diamonds in the wheels yellow, nice touch i thought and only cost me the price of the paint.

i also bought a hose pipe cover kit from ebay, cost £8 and was an easy adition that also didnt break the bank.

jases original idea i kind of see his and liked what it looked like and decided todo mine, your right tho its cheap and does the engine bay wonders,

bought this last week on ebay, used but good nic and good price. havnt really noticed gains and prob wont without remap but imo i think i can hear a nice little grunt through low revs.

I think the ITG only increased the sound too; TBH I wasn't expecting anything else to be noticeable - but it is an improvement over the standard paper so IMO it is money well spent!

Where did you get the yellow cable covers from? I really like them and I think that I need a bit more colour under the bonnet...

Ok thanks for the info Stu, I will have a look into it. They really finish the engine bay off nicely!
