Spotted plate: CL10 NET

I've just driven home on the M20 from the L&SE meet and spotted the plate CL10 NET on a JAG XF!? Started following it off the slip road to grab a picture but my old phones version of the picture was some blurred pixels!

They are Cardiff reg plates iirc quite a few non clio's with CL10 plates
