SeanTheSheep's Deep Black 200

Paint correction detail was completed today
Daniel (DDM Detailing) spent another full day working on my car clocking up yet again 9/10 hours I'm completely chuffed with the result and the whole process has far exceeded my expectations!

Roll some pics............All these pictures were taken around 06:30 this evening in fading light, I'll try and take some more tomorrow in full day light.

Amazing Sean - absolutely deserved on DB that’s for sure. I’d be too bloody scared to clean it now in case I messed up the finish!

Looks brand new mate. Now keep this car as it is, do not change a thing on the exterior. Please, please, please do not cheapen the look of this car with black badges, all jokes aside this car looks factory fresh, keep it this way. Im a big fan of Swissvax, what wax was used? Best of show?

I'm feeling the same buddy don't want to touch it, as stupid as it is I didn't want to drive the car after all was done

#TeamSilverDiamond  so no worries there mate.
Not 100% but I think it was swissvax crystal rock wax that was used

Looks sweet, the issue is keeping it looking that way if you dont have them get yourself buckets, grit guards and some good cleaning gear!
Don't I know it! I'm anxious to say the least about the first wash when it comes around. I always do a pre wash and two bucket method contact wash, but I'll have to invest in some buckets with grit guards as I've been useing your standard black bucket

Really recommend the chemical guys cyclone dirt traps little pricey but worth every penny!, invest in a good wash mitt and also the drying is a major part in adding swirls so i good quality drying towel is a must!

@SeanTheSheep Crystal Rock is a high end wax! Best of show is great for dark cars. As said before its all about the washing and drying routine that will keep your paintwork in mint condition. Bet you love just looking at it.

I'll find out which it was he applied and report back, either way it was a top shelf wax costing stupid money for a tin $$$
Did the trick! Car is looking epic

Got my wheels back from The Wheel Specialist Saturday
I was really tempted to go with red but lost my nerve last minute when dropping the wheels off.
One of the display wheels in gloss black caught my eye, I really liked the look and finish so that's what I ended up going with.

Will more than likely be a week or two before I swap them over with my anthracite set, I'm aiming to get them on by the end of this month so iv got to get some Gtechniq C5 ordered to seal them before I swap them over.

Red diamonds look the nuts on them! Definitely having my 200s refurbed gloss black now...

Know the feeling of bottling it when going to get something done..did the same sort of thing with my calipers, but in hindsight I'm glad I did!

Car had its first bath today after having it detailed and polished a few weeks ago.

IMG_0710.JPG

I was nervous as hell at first and didn't really want to touch it! But had to bite the bullet and just get on with it.
My plan of attack was as follows-

Alloys first, it's the law!!.
Rinse.
Pre-wash.
Rinse.
Two bucket method contact wash.
Rinse.
Dry.
Dress tyres,alloys,glass etc.
Stand back and admire your work.
And finally, get some pics for the forum of course.

Put in some time and effort and was repaid with the end result, not to shabby I thought.
