Yeah unscrew the centre (quarter turn I think) then you can remove them. Mine seem ok but I have a deformed one I wanted to replace.

Chris Bad cop Jan 25, 2016 #7 They're a pain in the ass of a thing! Under screw slightly too much and they just clip back.
