Do you just unscrew them to remove?

Being plastic I can just see them breaking being a bit old and brittle now, so good to know where to order some more from anyway.

Yeah unscrew the centre (quarter turn I think) then you can remove them. Mine seem ok but I have a deformed one I wanted to replace.

They're a pain in the ass of a thing! Under screw slightly too much and they just clip back.

I just lever them out with a screwdriver. They are not really ment to be used more than once.

Well for £5 you could be set for ages with them and never have to use an old one.

I'll give it a bash then cheers guys. If they break then I might see if a nice gold anodised D-ring Dzus can be used instead.
