Rub strips paint.....

Is it just my car, or is the paint on the rub strips crap? I can see the texture of the plastic underneath, and it looks a bit 'thin' if that makes sense?

Is this normal, or have mine been replaced?

Phew, was worried then that mine had been damaged and repaired.

I can't see any other evidence of repair, so that's put my mind at rest! Just Renault cutting corners!

Yeah it looks like they didn't bother to sand down the black plastic ones from the cup, instead just painting straight over them.
