EVO magazine tweeted this today. It's supposed to be a CAD image of the mk4. The front bumper looks hideous IMO.

Yeah. I hope the wheel arches are wider than that render suggests. Doesn't seem aggressive at all but it's clean looking which I do like. But I can't get over that front bumper.
its just a 3d render, it will look much better in the flesh, even the camouflaged one shown officially by RS looks mean and shows all the extra width, imo it will be the best looking hothatch in its class, so no worries

Rear looks pretty good. Like the lights and the diffuser/exhaust a lot. Number plate recess is nicely done. Vents look good too.
Wheels are back of a spoon ugly in my opinion. Modern wheel design does very little for me in general though.
Front end. Average. Looks a bit scruffy and unfinished around the blade. I can't get on with the bags under the eyes look of the new headlights but the rest of the middle of the front still looks great.
Interesting they've put side skirts on but no splitter.
Some good, some bad, but the old one still looks a lot better to me.
