Rioting

Bunch of scumbags, I'm all for a bit of protesting for the right reasons. but this is mindless vandalism against innocent shop owners and people of the public. Fill the roads with cops and kick the **** out of anything that gets in there way, anyone involved doesn't deserve sympathy in my eyes...
 
Looks like its spread to parts of Liverpool, Manchester and Bristol now.

Keep your cars safe lads, looks like insurances don't cover this type of carnage.
 
What is wrong with these people!?

I cant understand why they feel like they are owed something by society. If you want something get a job and pay for it!

Judging by reports in the affected areas the police aren't doing much to prevent it...
 
this makes me sick, call in the army, form an order line, walk down the street a waste everyone whos standing.

This could be what cracks the country in to. Difficult to say what you think without being banded a racist, but yes, there seems to be a "trend" to those rioting. Either that the fires are so hot everyones getting a suntan.

Thankfully I dont think it will cross the border, this **** wouldnt be tolerated.

bite the bullet cameron and bring in the troops - be better protecting innocent english citizens than johnny foreigner!!!!

all this trouble only effects one person - us tax payers!!

i am glad the police shot that bloke whether he had an immitation gun or not - sends out the message to the other losers out there

Graeme you'd like to think this **** wouldn't be tolerated here too. At the moment the police and fire brigade are looking pretty stretched, taking hours for them to turn up at the scene of the riots is taking the piss.

It's an absolute joke that OTHER cities are now breaking in to riots. I mean really what exactly do they think they're going to achieve by hurting each other, smashing up small business' and generally making the country ashamed of you?!

And Ken ****ing Livingstone is only fuelling the fire like only a moronic politician could, by going on T.V and claiming its all to do with cuts, and poor government handling of the recession. Basically sympathising with them and making excuses for this ****!

He was on the Beeb last night making a complete dick out of himself. He sat there spouting utter crap about how the government is failing people and how if he was mayor he'd have single handedly gone out there and put out all of these fires, in between curing cancer and ending world hunger blah blah...

Essentially he went on T.V and egg'd the rioters on for his own political gain. Giving people a political stand point for these mindless actions and making them feel like they have some sort of reasoning behind it! Typical ego massaging from him.

I'll get off my soap box now, anyone else want a go? :shout:
 
Livingston is a ****, your giving these people an excuse, its not excusable. Your monkeys taking advantage of an overstretched policeforce. Watching more videos this morning of "people" pushing back police lines and looting shops in Birmingham. It will get to the point where vigilante mobs will come together and a battle will break out between different classes on the streets, unless this is quashed asap.

Dont wanna hear about people, "oh the nasty police officer hit me" either - you'll be luck if he doesn't kill you.

Rangers "fans" were hounded down by the Manchester police force for over 2 years over some broken bus shelters and drunken disorder. These people today should be nailed to the wall.

Really riled me this has, and its not even on my doorstep.

I must say I knew this was coming. We have all seen Greece on the news its the start of the uprising against the so called government. They have no idea of the hardships that are rife throughout the country. The government where voted in by the people and all they have done is sent the country into a worse situation to try and balance it's books. Taxes, taxes and more taxes so people are worse off than before.

It's a joke and I'm not at all suprised it has come to this. I can't for 1 minute think it's all about a bloke being shot by police. Thats just big wigs playing dumb

This has absolutely nothing to do with cuts or a Greece like affair. This is complete thuggery by a particular class of people, that will never want to take part in society, that are happy with illegal activities and benefits and rely on society to give them, 'wot they're owed.'

Only in a socialists wet dream would there be a society that is equal. It's a lovely fluffy idea, but it will never happen. You need look no further than failed equal experiments like communism to see that there are always those that will be richer. Am I saying capitalism is the best answer - no. But it's the only thing we have at the moment.

This Government had no choice but to cut what we were spending. We're still spending more as a country than we can afford - to the tune of £130 billion. If they didn't do this, then we really would be in a Greece situation, accepting handouts from all over Europe. That is the legacy of Labour. It is the last Governments fault for spending more than we could afford over the last 10 years.

But we are best placed in Europe for any country repaying it's debt. That is a good thing. We still have our triple AAA ratings because of this Governments actions.

This is getting rediculous! They've just hit Lakeside shopping centre. Apparently a group gathered in the car park and then charged in and went to town on all the shops. What about the poor families that will have been out shopping for the day, what a horrible thing to have to experience! ****ing mindless apes!
I work in Ilford (North East London) and they were rioting here last night and probably tonight, hopefully i wont get stuck at work :/
 
Did anyone see the guy on the bbc special at 11am that was being helped up by the crowd? Looks like he took a good knock to the head, they helped him to his feet saw he wasnt badly injured then two black guys robbed him lol. :rofl:
