Replacing tweeters

Ive had the tweeter surrounds off the dash and it looks like the only way to replace the speakers is to force them out of the casing, any ideas on the best way to replace them guys?

the tweeters just pop out the dash, if youve managed to get the grills out without breaking them, youve done well.

Got the grills out just wondered about the actual replacement of the speaker itself, do th eold speakers pull out and new ones fit back in the grill casing?

the tweeter fit in the dash similar to how the grill does, got wedges either side, if your replacing with a direct replacement like pioneer do, then they are of the same design, not sure about a universal tweeter.
