Replacing Headlights

I restored my headlights earlier this year but they've soon faded again.

I looked at aftermarket units but people on here have complained about them leaking.

Are these the same as the original Renault lights fitted to my 2009 200 does anyone know, it's just standard, no cornering projectors:
