Recommend me the best gear box oil

Can someone recommend me the best gear box oil to use going to get it don next Friday when the car goes into the garage. Really looking to try Nd help with the cold starts

just an update on this thread can anyone tell me if this is the best oil to put in the gearbox

I tried Fuchs sintofluid 75w80 from opie ,didn't stop my crunch but helped a fair bit from cold.

As your issues are for the first 10 mins might be worth a shot?

About £50 at a local if your not sure mate.

When you do get it changed give it a fair few miles for the oil to get round before you start to notice a difference:thumbup1:
