Really not happy now!!!

U bet citizens advice will tell you to ring RUK up lol which uve already done. that is terrible mate i cant beleive they are messing you about like that.
 
Have you considered actually taking the bumper and headlight off, and refitting them yourself? It isn't difficult, and to be honest would probably be the easiest way to get it sorted. Granted you shouldn't have to, but given the effort you have put into trying to get them to sort it, 2 hours of your time might be all that is needed to fix it.
