A friend is having some issues and has asked me to ask you guys the following:
1.) How do you change the PAS fluid?
2.) Where is the Aux belt located?

well if he/she doesnt know where the aux belt is then they really shouldnt be touching the motor!
the belt is the same place as on the 197....
as for power steering - its hydraulic so you would have to drain the system - not sure if the system has a drain point - if not then i would disconnect the fluid return pipe to the reservoiur and use that whilst re-topping up the fluid until its changed
