If you watched my video following an Ariel Atom you'll know just how wound up I got and tried to reach for a horn that wasn't there. So that job jumped straight to the top of the list to wire in a horn push.

After removing the steering hub which apparently was a 182 item, I was not happy with how secure it was, shaft and splines are the same but wasn't keen on the lack of purchase it had so ordered a mk3 OEM item, we also didn't have self cancelling indicators so that fixes that issue too... and it looks better.
While I was in this area I also added a 10mm spacer to the steering wheel and lowered the steering column (what a pig of a job that was)

Few posts back I said that I actually preferred the rubber pedals over the metal... I have to retract that statement.
I'd learnt heal & toe on a BMW platform with a floor mounted throttle pedal, it became second nature in the end it was that easy but the same style could not be transferred to the clio set up, got the hang of it by the end of the day but it required more effort.
So I got some OMP aluminum covers, only trouble was they were completely flat and clio pedals are not. Had to spend a good half hour on one of the hottest days in a sweaty garage with a blow lamp.
Very pleased with the end result though, heal & toe is now a doddle

We also added a massive sun strip using dark smoked headlight tinting film, something I've always used as it tough, blocks the sun well and can still be seen through.
Lastly we put some black textured vinyl on the B pillar. Don't think any 197 cup came with it but it just looks better.
Thinking of adding a Whiteline rear anti roll bar before Cadwell Park too.
