Well big update but not a good one, she's gone bang so looking like needs a new engine

Still looking into it but first thoughts are bent a rod or span a shell and knackered crank. It didn't sound healthy

What torque were you putting out with the hybrid ?

under 300, just luck of the draw when you don't know history of the engine

that's pants mate what was done to the engine or was it standard?

well this is back on the road again had it back a couple of weeks now just putting some millage on it. A few parts changed, another r26 engine with a lot less miles on the clock. fitted 630 injectors and a larger decat to back box exhaust. had a seal leaking on the gearbox so that was changed at same time. But she drive so much nicer and quicker than the last engine. and an added benefit is all the liquids are staying in the engine this time.


ill get some better pics when i wash it.
power it made the graph i have shows 284 bhp a couple of days previous it made 303 but lower torque. so not entirely sure but as [MENTION=193]MikeLYR27[/MENTION] and @Fernandez will tell you it goes well. had a little play with angel on tue and we were neck and neck so either mines making a little bit more power or his is making less.

went to visit a friend this weekend so thought id take the chance to get a picture

so had a slight issue of hitting a pigeon at a silly speed. totalled the headlight so had to order a new one. didn't get a picture of new one fitted.
