So car started out pritty worn out and beaten lived a very neglected life untill I got her

So I started off with a coolant change new rad thermostat full service.

Then set to work cleaning the car machined polished the neglected paint work.

Painted the wheels gold to clean the car up for French car show.

Day before French car show 3rd gear went no track day for me limped the car down to donnington still.

Ordered a rebuild kit rebuilt the gear box.

Spent some time of the summer enjoying the car got some photos.

Spent over the last fue colder months refreshing Things

Replaced all the shockers

Matched them up with h and r springs

Replaced both rotation hubs

Both bottom arms

Anti rotation links

Drop links

And bearings

Then set to work on the brakes

New braided hoses all round

New fluid

Brembo hc discs and mintex pads all round

Oh also nearly forgot new shoes

Up to now that's it.

Hats off to you with that effort, seems like you’ve practically rebuilt the car!

Bet if feels night and day to when you first picked it up, especially if the previous owner had given it a bit of neglect!

Love the look of the painted gold alloys against the black, looks good!

I can imagine there’s now a “to do” list following on from this?

Yeah it really is night and day it's been a love hate relationship over the past 8 months but we are working through it at the moment it's how I want it to be honest..

Wouldn't mind some coilovers recaros and a meg lump but I need to rebuild the funds first.

Thanks bud. It wasn't intended to be track car but every time I thought what was next upgrade/mod it was some form of track car mod seems like clios are ment to be track cars haha this is more of a fast road track car as it's mainly my daily and a b road hooner then a track car.

Its on my to do list, Im going to get a quote for HEL lines from a local supplier, PFC Z rated are on the list and some fancy fluid.
