going to look at a 56/06 plate 1 owner fsh 31,000m up at £6500 and they r going to do the cam belt and service it , does the price sound about right ,

As I am also looking at getting one. That does seem a good price for those miles, especially as they are gonna do the belts.

I'd say go for it, if everything else is hunky-dory.
