yeah, it's a shame, i guess it's one of those things. I just have to bite the bullet and get it fixed, no cctv around and besides i think it would be a big pain chasing up foreign insurance companies. It's a very common thing out here, some of my mates even have parking insurance on their cars which i found quite amusing
My mate has a bodyshop and has a new toy for repairing bumpers.
An hot stapler, it heats up a metal strip, like a bent staple and you push it into the bumper and twist it round, this melts into the plastic and holds the two pieces together, ideal on slpits and cracks but can be used to put new sections in.
You then just grind off the ends, fill and repair, it's nice and strong when finished.
haha, yeah it's going to get repaired on monday, 300 euros for the repair and painting of the rear bumper. Wish i could have spent it on a new mod but ohh well...
