Oil change

So do you guys use opie oils ?

The vxr needed an oil change every ten seconds so i knew what it needed and when

however with the clio what are you track guys running what weight and make

Titan race ?

Opie oils recommended RN0710 spec because it is still under warranty. I was going to Titan but thought I better play it safe.

Always use Opie Oils, have done since I had Suki Saxo.

I put in 0w40 Mobil stuff if I am likely to be driving anywhere super cold (Scotland) or if it is going to be driven on any track (yeah right lol!)

Though anything would do I suppose, I just buy it when it's on offer to try and cut at the increased cost.

Almost went for castrol as anything with the specification mentioned should do.

I use the Elf SXR 5W40 Fully Synthetic stuff from Renault, never had any issues and the engine is strong like Bull.

Opie don't currently stock this though (or didn't on my last check), but I use them for Brake Fluid.

Motul 300v 5w-40 race. Titan race is fantastic oil I've used before but I find the motul stuff runs a little cooler on track.
