Odd page caching issue

it does run apache

nginx is in front of it acting as a proxy / cache and i pretty much guarantee that this is what is screwing us.

Oh :/ weird it's only recently started, wonder if they're overloading the server given the previous excellent service we've had. Difficult to prove I guess though.
