New to the forum, and 197 ownership -

Cleared the scuttle, thanks to the thread on here - drivers side was blocked but not too bad.

Plan to keep the car original and clean as possible.
 
quick progress update:

-steering arm replaced after steering knock (No noise anymore and steering way sharper)

-'box oil changed after 4th gear crunch (NFJ - Solved issues)

-4 new Contis (against most peoples opinions!)
