newbie in need of help please.

Hi all,
I was hoping for a little help/advice, on my black clio it has that carbon wrap stuff around the doot pillars, however its gone a whitey grey colour and doesnt look nice.
Is it possible to remove it and is it difficult to do? Or best to try put something over it to het the black colour back?

Hi

Firstly, welcome along.

Secondly, regarding the wrap it can be peeled off and re-done. Peeling it off is easier if you use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm the glue back up and make it tacky again. Then just give it a bit of a clean up to get rid of the old glue and re-apply fresh wrap

p.s. pick a crazy colour, be different, go wild :-p

You won't just be patient with it;

Good heat up
peel away
're heat left over glue
Wash with hot fairy liquid water using a soft microfiber cloth
Polish and wax.

Fairy has lanolin, which breaks down glue. Worked a treat when I took of my CLIO badge.

If not, tar and glue remover works nicely. Or brake cleaner.
