New trophy loud knock when going lock to lock :(

hi guys so Ive had my trophy for a month now. ordered the car new with 5 miles ever since i bought the car when trying to parallel park i get knocking from either side
I've had the car in to my local Renault who have two 200T's with cup pack and they both make the noise but i wanted to know is this a issue with them that's known
and can be solved

If you're on full lock it does making a knocking noise, is that it?

yes when turning slowly on full lock or when going lock to lock
