New Owner - Albi 197

Hi peeps,

Just picked up my 2006 Albi Blue 197 about a month ago. Absolutely loving the car! I'll try post some pics this weekend!

This forum looks brilliant for advice / tips. I'm looking at getting a GT spoiler, but unsure of where I can get one and how much they cost.

Is anybody selling or wanting to swap?

Welcome to the site fella, as roy said ask twingogeekoo. He does have a post on here called "ask karl" where you can funnily enough ask karl for info on parts ;-)
 
Just got a quote from my local Renault dealer for the GT spoiler.. seems v.expensive:

"The Clio GT Spoiler is £215.04 including VAT. For us to fit it it would be £187.20. Renault quote 2.5 hours as a fitting time as with this spoiler you have to drill the tailgate.
The Spolier would also need painting which would be approx £120."


I have found a GT spoiler elsewhere for much less and can get it painted for £70. But what type of fitting do I need for my 197?
 
Finally got round to uploading some photos of the car pre wash and sparkling with new exhaust tips! Enjoy!

Replaced the RS exhaust tips - looked a bit too thin and the guy that had the car before me had them sticking out too far!

haha cheers guys. It's definately the best colour, went to see a couple of Nimbus greys before buying and just didn't compare IMO.

Took me a while to choose those exhaust tips, glad they're catching on. Where'd you get your plates from Tom?
