Need some advise on seats and harness

Hi all, need some advise on seats and harness.

I'm driving a FF 200, so no recaro. I'm looking for a more supportive but yet comfy seats that can hold me while I corner, car is mainly road use. Any recommendation on what to get and how to fix?
