IMO this is just what the 197 has been missing. really happy with result.:thumbup:

I was considering getting some of those RS exhaust trims for mine, but I was worried they might look a bit tacky. However, I think they look good! Needed to see them on a 197 first I think!

Looks good, I'm with Chappo on the splitter though. Nice to see the exhaust trims fiited at the right length. So people have them sticking out too much for my liking.

thanks for the comments peeps. took me some time getting the buggers on. dropped the bolt of the clamp in the diffuser and struggled for about an hour to get it out lol. also had problem getting alloys off! siezed on, couldnt get them off.

Not a fan of the exhaust trims, at all. They look tacky and stuck on, and too small imo! Splitter only works with the RS sill trim imo.

Exhaust trims are not something i'd do to a 197. The only "visible" exhaust i'd have would be the 200 ones.

I love the splitter though, that is nicely done!

Obviously its all personal opinion but I don't get how people with 200's can class the 197 trims as tacky when their exhausts are stuck on chrome jobbies on the diffuser. To me the 200 ones are much more fake and shouty.
