My car won't start!!!help!!!

Sorry to dig up an old thread guys but I'm wondering if I'm in the same boat. My 200 wouldnt start last night, same error message as previous posts, managed to bump it to drive home and it's exactly the same this morning. Is it likely to be just because the temperatures are so cold at the moment or, does anyone know if the fault applies to the 200 as well.
 
Been having the same problem with my 07 197 but i've changed the starter and its still just clicking and not starting. Fitted a bosch unit from euro car parts

has anyone got any more ideas?
battery is fine as well
 
hi my clio 197 F1 dose not want start STEERING NOT LOCKED ... eventually I changed starter motor... but that didn't help... my old starter work properly as well... but is no electricity coming to starter motor
