its just carbon fibre cloth, wet layed, single sided resin, flatted and laquered, then gloss blakc on the non resined side

You can get the carbon from eBay in A4 sheets, all you need to do is cut it to shape with a dremel.
Sure Bic will knock some up as a group buy.
